Ordered 2 suits online and had to return one. When i tried to return it at the brick and mortar close to my house they refused the return and said they couldn't process online returns. I contacted Karako suits customer service and was surprised to be greeted by the head of shipping and e commerce, a wonderful gentleman by the name of Adam. He not only solved my problem quick and effortlessly on my end, but actually sent me a personal, not automated, follow up email 2 weeks later. I can't recommend all the Karako suits stores but I will always recommend the brand and the online store. Their deals and customer service in today's day and age are unbeatable.
