I have attended both classes and had one to one yoga sessions with Sara. She is very knowledgeable and tailors her classes to your capabilities. She is patient and encouraging and I canhighly recommend her!

Sara knows the female body inside and out and i have found her methods an easy, attainable route to the body you really want - feminine, toned, and healthy. Her kind nature and gentle manner has meant training has been something to look forward to rather than dread. Her tailor made approach is sympathetic to your lifestyle, and she encourages a long term but sustainable programme that is easy to fit in and brings results. With yoga, Pilates, strength work and HIT, and a focus on the smaller lesser known muscle groups Sara's methods work. I can't recommend her highly enough. As a middle aged mother of three with a thyroid problem, who has exercised regularly for yearrs and tried everything I finally feel since working with Sara that I am in the best shape I can be.
