I was quite surprised on how pro-active the employees were: I signed up for the service, and was contacted the same day with a gentle email: "Is there anything I can do to help?" The couple of questions I had were answered quickly and accurately. My project and I were actually *supported* by customer support!

During the very early days of Twilio it was crazy to think of a company that so focused their marketing efforts on software developers but what Twilio did during those days, and continues to do today, has been quite refreshing.
