I've lost count of the number of APIs my team and I have worked with over the years, and Twilio's is right up there with the best.

It's a joy to develop with the SDK, the documentation is top-notch and the quality of service we've experienced over the last 18 months has created an enormously high barrier for us moving anywhere else.

Twilio provides the most flexible, robust and reliable service among other competition. The API of their services is clear and easy to use (which in my company we do with pleasure). There were no issues at all with our experience with Twilio for the whole time of our engagement with them.
