Ok so the item has now finally arrived courtesy of the post office! It was very nicely packed clearly with care and it’s just what I wanted and good quality. Hence my upping the number of stars. Still annoyed at post office strikes though!! Post office hadn’t delivered as they are on strike!!!! Stores that offer online shopping should not send out by post office as they are unreliable. Please use tried and tested delivery companies, there are many good ones. So cant rate product yet but delivery not good.

I came to leave a review because I was really happy with my birdkids experience and was surprised there were bad reviews. My items came really quickly even though I ordered the cheaper delivery, and they were immaculate and beautifully packaged. The site is easy and fun to use and they have a really well curated selection, and information about the card games (not all sites do, and my kids are obsessed with Djeco card games, we get new ones every year and without summaries it's hard to guess how the game will be played unless you go off site to google). It was just all nicely and efficiently done, felt thoughtful and intelligent.

"Item missing and no help!"

Two major items missing from the Tenderleaf toy I purchased. The wooden range they sell are not cheap. I purchased as a gift so a few months later when it was opened I discovered they were missing! When I contacted BirdKids they wouldn’t look into it and refused to send the item out. They have turned off comments and reviews from their Facebook and ignoring my emails! Won’t be ordering again, find somewhere else!
