"Excellent course, fantastic tutor"

I've nearly completed a level two course for a teacher assistant. My tutor was Alice Vasey. I really couldn't of asked for a better tutor, not once did I feel as though I couldn't go to her for help, A really excellent course, that has been a wonderful experience. Thank you Alice for all your help. You really have helped me so much

I had a really positive experience whilst studying through think employment. I have had support from my tutor and through ongoing reviews to ensure any issues or difficulties can be addressed. The content of the course was very informative and interesting and will help me become more confident in working in a school environment. Very glad to have completed the course.

"You get what you don’t pay for"

You get what you don’t pay for. I would consider paying to do a course rather than expecting anything from these. Unprofessional, unsupportive. I started my course back in December and my end date was 17th Feb. I completed all my units and submitted. To date, they still haven’t been marked, no support given, had a change of tutor 3 times, tried to arrange a phone call and nothing. Takes weeks to sort anything out.
Awful experience and a huge waste of time.

The whole experience was really great! Every night for weeks learning was hard, but the whole process was quite easy, it was also nice to be left totally to it unless I asked for help, highly recommended.

Very dissatisfied with the service I recived from them had no support and told out of the blue that I hadnt passed withing a time frame and got removed of course after 2 failed exams. Which I feel was due to them as both times of my exams they had technical difficulties their end which doesn't set you on the right foot to then sit an exam

I was disappointed that it took so long to finish everything. I know everyone was busy but a little bit more communication about why theer was a delay would have been nice. I enjoyed the course but I was also dissappinted that 3 of my answers were marked and passed as correct and then I was told after a very long wait that they were wrong.

I had to do English Functional Skill Level 2 exam and I passed first time. The whole team from thinkemployment is incredible from admistration, tutors to examiners. Very professional and experienced. Highly recommend to everyone!

I completed my level 2 nutrition course with Think Employment and found the tutor really helpful. the course content was very interesting and it was easy to follow at my own pace.
