"Warning - The Company Is A Scam"

This company is a complete scam. I hired them to host my website and had nothing but problems. The account manager they assigned to me was ill-informed, my website kept crashing and they tried to scam me by insisting I needed to pay hundreds of dollars more for their services to work. After a week, I canceled with them, now I have spent months fighting them to get my money back.

Updated in January 2023. I tried to file a complaint with the California Secretary of State and learned American Web Coders is not registered in the state of California as they claim to be. Nor are they registered in the city or county of Los Angeles.

And their claim that they only charge for "services provided" is a lie. I pre-paid for 12 months of hosting but canceled after 30 days and received no refund.
