Outbax staff were extremely helpful but the service was let down by choice of courier who tried to delay shipment to over 2 weeks

Very good and prompt service, once ordered, even on a PH, it was a matter of days before it was at my place in BNE.
As for the generator unit itself, so far I have only just put the oil in unit, later today I will fire it up, after that I can give a better review on how the generator actually performs.

The unit arrived safely, well packaged. It came with its own engine oil, and this was easy to install. One part of the rest of the instructions was not able to be followed. It comes with its own Lithium battery and the instructions say it should be fixed to the handle of the generator. This is not physically possible, so I had to put it elsewhere. The recoil starter and the Engine Start switch were both used, and worked perfectly. I put a load on one of the AC outlet plugs, and it worked well. Over all, very happy with the unit.
