As a self employed person buying on my own - it comes with its difficulties. But Dan really went above and beyond for me.

He kept me thoroughly informed and updated all the way through the process. As I’m a first time buyer, he really helped to explain everything in detail for me so that I understood everything.

Also he’s just such a nice guy and easy to talk to.

As first time buyers, it was very daunting stepping into the world of mortgage applications and understanding what we could actually afford.

Dan was recommended to us by a family member, and we are so glad we got in touch with him. Dan set up a video call with my wife and I, and put us at ease immediately with his easy going, positive attitude. He is a fountain of knowledge and relayed all information to us in a very clear and helpful way.
Dan was contactable throughout our journey via his WhatsApp, and we set up regular video calls with him when we had questions about the ongoing process.

I had thought that buying a house would be a long and confusing process however when I decided to purchase my first home, Hemal was recommended by a friend and the process could not have been smoother! Hemal took the time to explain in detail every step of the process and make sure I understood what was going on. He made sure to have a thorough look into my finances to ensure i wouldn't apply to anything that would affect my credit score, and discussed with me the best options for a mortgage lender. We even discussed insurance options, where Hemal took the time to explain each type of insurance, which were vital and which would be useful to have.
All in all I absolutely had a 5 star experience and would definitely use again, and recommend to a friend as Hemal made the process so easy, always being on hand to answer any questions I had (and probably working way too hard if we're being honest!)
