Great communication compared to so many previous situations with other businesses. Everyone was friendly and we were very happy with the results on more than one occasion using Irvine Improvements. Both a challenging floor fitting and some MDF shelves have been successfully sorted in a short space of time. No complaints, will definitely use Irvine Improvements again in future!

Great service from Louis and the team. Came when they said communication was great, they were friendly and cleaned up well when finished. I had an issue with number of floor tiles which were suppliers issue, when I got replacements Louis came back to replace faulty tiles. Great service overall

The team were friendly, professional and communicative and I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done. I had some old carpet removed and replaced with Quick-Step vinyl. It was a big job (my flat is Victorian and the original skirting is in place) and there were some unexpected hurdles, but everything was completed on time and to a very high standard. I love my new floors and would absolutely recommend this service. Thank you so much!

"Terrible communication and rip off…"

Terrible communication and rip off pricing. I was giving their card by the flooring superstore to have flooring laid. I called and they said they would send me a quote and availability the same day. Didn’t hear anything for two days, I called to check if they could still do the work and tried several times with no answer. The quote appeared over night with no available dates. I tried calling several times again to ask if I accepted the quote on their online system via the email when the work would actually be done. Again I received no reply. I sent a text message and again got no reply. They just messed me about wasting several days of my time heading towards Christmas making it more difficult for me to find someone else. I was also quoted £360, when I realised I was just being messed about I put a post on the local Facebook page and got a recommendation and the work was done for £250. If you can’t do the work just say, don’t mess people about.
