I found that after looking through the website I would not benefit from membership.

Used it for a free trial, was good saved £5 on a purchase, was easy to cancel before I started paying but it’s good if you shop a lot and want to save money!

Didn't even know I had signed up to this until ÂŁ27.00 was taken from my bank account. Beware of this company, they trick you into signing up when you make a purchase or return.
I didn't even have to provide bank details just clicked on something accidentally (which was hidden very sneakily in multiple click throughs) and never even received an email to notify me that id signed up to this etc. it seems they just take your bank details from the purchase you've made so I'd be very of purchasing from any site which uses 'Moona' as a payment platform.
I managed to contact to have my account cancelled but still struggling to get my money refunded. Told to wait 24 hours to ask for a refund - not good enough, absolutely shocked at how easily they were able to sign me up to this. Big red flag

Thank you for your reply & refunding me, the issue I have (like the person below me who also left a similar review) is the way you trick people into signing up.
The T&C's are barely visible and the email sent after was used to unsubscribe so I didn't miss them as you have again implied. I was, as stated, misled into subscribing - like many other people and despite immediately unsubscribing I still had already had ÂŁ27.00 taken from my bank account hence my endeavours to have this refunded.
I am particularly annoyed that someone who I spoke to on the phone suggested that this was my fault. its taken me about a week to get my money back and in future I will steer clear of any websites that I see use Moona as a payment platform and would advise others to do so too.

"Subscribed without knowing"
I haven’t actually used their service but that’s the point. A tick box on an unrelated purchase and suddenly you are subscribed to a legal service i had no knowledge of and no need of. Apparently they do state on one small window facts about subscription but on a phone when you are entering bank details it is Very very very hard to see and clearly intentionally designed this way. Maybe the service Moona is good - I wouldn’t know but the means of getting people to subscribe in this instance is not morally acceptable

Thank you for your reply, as I mentioned in my review - the issue I had was the fact that is the way you trick people into signing up.
