Ali Hunt at DD is an absolute star and deals with any issues, queries etc straight away and is always a great support. I love working alongside Ali.

DD website does have some issues with the traffic light system, however they are usually good at informing us if there is any stock on back order.

Just wasted 20 minutes of my life registering online? No confirmation email sent x2 follow up calls to customer services. Another 10 minutes wasted, so unprofessional.
Been told I will be contacted by IT at some point!!
