Absolutly shocking customer service. My jelly fish arrived dead and they have refused to take any responsibilty for it.

Jellyfish were well packaged and arrived in with no sign of damages.

Only problem, albeit a small one, was that the delivery dates were mixed up so rather than arriving on a Friday(had to take a day off work) my jellies arrived Saturday.

All in all very helpful and would use again!
