Wow, where to begin! We've had some very bad experiences with various mortgage advisors and had been trying for months before finally finding Emma at One Step Mortgages through a google search of CIS mortgages.
Straight away she's put us at total ease with how professional she is and her detailed knowledge on all things "mortgage".
After finding out exactly what we needed, she's set about to find the perfect product for us. Once she found what we needed, she reviewed the product with us to confirm we was happy and "held our hand' through each step of the way.
