One product needed replacement. Good customer service but had to chase from refund.

Excellent customer service! Has been bought pair of Master and Dynamic headphones and after receiving mentioned they are faulty. Not their fault but manufacturer. Contacted customer service person and few days later he organizes return with full refund. Simple and easy.
Highly recommend shop.

"Returns process could be improved."

I ordered some Hestra leather gloves from Stuarts London, but I didn't like them and therefore they were returned.

I wish I had used a company that offered free returns as i ended up paying the postage both ways.

Stuarts London could have made the process easier by including a returns label. That said they did refund my PayPal account within a few days.

I brought the incorrect size, after contacting customer service they made the return very easy and answered my emails in a timely manner. Really good customer service.

"Shocking service & customer care"

Ordered a routine 2 pairs of vintage Levi's and arranged shipping to Macau. I had my doubts as I had never heard of the shipping company and it does t ring a bell like FedEx or UPS.
They left London on 17/11 and that was the last I heard of them. The customer care seemed not to care and despite repeated follow ups they seemed uninterested in my plight. The tracking numbers don't work so I don't really know what happened.
In the end I said I was going on holiday and could you please take them back for me as I feel I've been let down by the whole experience this they but refused to do so and even had the nerve to tell me to wait by the door as they were being delivered within the next 24 hours.
They weren't delivered as promised so I can kiss my luck goodnight to 500 quid of jeans.

PLEASE BE WARNED BY THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL YOIR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER AS PROMISED

Somtimes buying a shoe overseas can ve expensive and takes alot of time. Stuarts London had the best shipping Ive ever from London to California in 2 days. Shipping was better than US mail. Loved the shoes as well. Great Company!!!!
