I called them at 4pm on Friday and they dispatched the box by express delivery and it arrived Saturday morning. They were friendly, polite, prompt and helpful. I would def use them again.

"Awful Customer Service"

Ordered two sets of 12 books. Got sent one set of 24 books Christmas set which was £9 cheaper on the website with numbers in spines and Christmas pattern. Got told best they could do was refund £5 and if I wanted to return the wrong item they’d sent me I’d have to pay the postage. Eventually they agreed to refund the difference but never got the correct product I had actually ordered.

"Ignoring request for a return for damaged books"

Order of two 'new' books (encyclopedias) arrived with the covers roughly ground/torn off to show the board inside in multiple areas. Both very scratched too like they've been dragged over a rough floor. The packaging was fine and it's clear they've sent these out in this condition. With the damage, there would have been no way to miss it when packing them. I've emailed multiple emails and their social media multiple times to arrange a return and I've been ignored. Would not recommend.
