I was unsure if it would work with the older setup but straight out the box no problem

Site easy to navigate and make selections; delivery prompt and efficient, all good nothing bad, right?
Well despite this, I was dumb enough to order the wrong product. Phoned customer services and they couldn't have been more helpful, pointing out there are different products on the .co.uk and the .com websites. They sorted out the (correct) replacement and even put in a return label.
Only reason for the loss of 1 point is because of the confusion between the two websites - I don't see the point.
