I had to arrange transportation for my son to get to Sedona - thank God I was put in contact with AZ SHUTTLE!! Paulette amd Anthony were unbelievably accommodating and great to work with!!! Treating our son like their own, And keeping us both updated through text and phone calls during drop off and pick up. I also love that they sent a picture of the driver as well as the van he was driving!!! I travel a lot for work and arrange travel for many others and I literally have never come across a company and two people so genuine and honest and so amazing to work with!!!! Thank you AZ Shuttle!!!

I googled shuttles to find a way to get from Phoenix airport to my parents in the Tuscon area without having to rent a car. My wish was to surprise my Dad on a special milestone birthday. In working with Paulette I happened to mention my plan, and she was immediately enthusiastic, offered suggestions for how we could make the most of the surprise and was an integral part of making this the most memorable birthday that my Dad may have ever had.

Besides her honest, prompt, and professional demeanor, she helped to execute the surprise. The tears from my Dad were priceless and I will never forget the dedication and care she took toward what should have been a typical job for her. Paulette made this a next-level experience and contributed to one of my Dad's best memories.
