Contacted the Gossiprepresentative through mail providing pictures and received a mail in response where I was assured that the product will be replace. Very friendly, considerate people. Way to go!

Am comandat un produs cu Spf 50, cum este trecut si pe comanda si pe factura.
Mi s-a trimis acelasi produs care arata identic, cu Spf 30.

L-am deschis deoarece nu am fost anuntata de diferenta si credeam sincer ca este produsul comandat.
Am sunat sa le cer explicatii, nu au tratat deloc profesionalist eroarea lor.
Am cerut banii inapoi, nu m-a mai contactat nimeni ulterior. Cea mai proasta experienta!
