The item was delivered within 4 weeks but the dress was nothing like shown in the pic. The color didn’t match. The design and the work didn’t match. It was a copy of the regular outfit. The outfit was also ripped when reached out to customer care they said don’t worry you can return it but your label after I said I am returning this cause of damage they said okay we will provide the label it has now been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t recieved the return label. I think they are trying to pass their 14 return policy so they don’t have to return the dress. Never order again from here.

"Horrific experience "

There was no order details, no tracking information. Apparently driver attempted but if i was not notified in any way, how would i know when my delivery is due. Nothing on my inbox or junk! It was sent to my not so local shop & the shop guy couldn't find it. It ended up in the cellar. Quality is horrific and nothing like the picture...never ordering from here again. Not designer quality at all

I had great communication via WhatsApp for any alterations which were all done exactly how I told the customer service agent. Overall brilliant experience very professional will definitely order again and highly recommend to anyone who wants quality designer wear cheaper than local shops.
