"Very poor customer service"

Rang to discuss a domestic renewable energy scheme. The guy was unhelpful, completely uninterested. Waste of time.
Apparently the directors ran another company - hero renewables Ltd - which was kicked out by the regulator due to substandard work. See Trustpilot reviews which tell you everything you need to know. They went bust recently owing thousands to loads of customers and suppliers.
