I passed all the assessments and interviews and then, they referred me to a new client. They told me I failed the assessment that was given by the client. But for my understanding, that I passed and they did offer a trainer position . However, i received an email that I didn't pass. As for my understanding, based on what they told me is that they will be recommending me to a new client But sadly, this company has a lot of confusions on their end and cant even understand how I failed. I did have a chance to speak to their CEO and what she had told me is I passed. So where did this decision came from. Sad to say, I would never recommend this company to anyone. I think that they had mistakenly evaluated my application.
