Great communication. Order was placed during the time in between Christmas and New Year and Aqua Essentials provided updates throughout to let me know when dispatch would happen. Items arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Not my 1st order and I will not hesitate to order again.

A dream to use. Plants were in excellent condition even though they were sent in the cold snap. They look really lovely, super healthy. Great tips sent via email to help establish my aquarium. Will certainly use for my aquatic plants again. Fast delivery -next day even though told 2-3 days. What more can you ask for

The shipment speed was on point, however the plants came not in mint condition and given I spent £80+ for 5 plants I would have expected to receive them in perfect condition, if not carried by horses. A couple of them had damaged leaves. Anyway, I will probably buy again from this seller as there is no much competition in the UK for these type of products.
