Its in the ADC building with all the diamonds brokers in Antwerp close to the train station, they accepted small clients for small amount purchase, they take the time to explain all, show you all different types, feel safe, my broker was open for some negotiations, very clear, show s/n that match IGI CERT, ... Price was fair / good for a 1 time buyer customer

Ordered a main stone with several smaller ones. Everything came as described, neatly packaged and with the certificate. Diamond was also confirmed by a jeweler and the laser engraving matches the certificate. Shipping was also incredibly fast. Took around 24 hours from placing the order to having the stones with me and I ordered from Bulgaria.

We were referred through my brother to this company as we were looking for an engagement and wedding ring.

After finding the entrance (which was a bit difficult to find), we were skeptical in the beginning what we could expect. This however, completely disappeared once we met the professional Labgems team, whom were kind, passionate and helpful in finding the correct diamonds for our needs.

We even asked to get some help for finding a setting, and even that they could help with! Within just 1 day, everything was done from selecting the diamonds, to having them set into the rings of our choice.

Throughout the entire experience, what helped the most was the plentiful number of pictures, videos, and questions we received through WhatsApp, ensuring everything was to our liking!
