My deposit has been pending for days now, I sent proof of deposit when I made the deposit. I raised a support ticket with TFXI but no response after a few days. Ticket number 266235. Any help much appreciated.

"disappointing service attitude and speed"
Customer support reply speed very slow/ once not reply me for 2 months and still has not solved my problem yet. Good investment so far, still the service attitude very disappointing

"Improvements needed to increase credibility and trust: Fund transfer process (in & out) & ticket support"
Easy to use to place investments. I had an experience last year that has lowered my trust levels: I sent USD from my bank into their listed accounts. It didn't reach my tradeaccount because that particular account that i sent to was delisted from their partner list. The ticket support did not respond until 2 weeks later. This was sorted out only after 2 months with numerous communications with my bank and tfxi. Though i would like to place increased investment, I am hesitant to trust the transfer system they have in place.

I've been joined tfxi since may2020, i've been top up money and reinvest until oct2021 started to take profits.. been withdraw since oct21 till now.. no issue at all.. Good job tfxi. Love tfxi. Will continue support and invest TFXI as long as TFXI exist. CHeers!!

"Worst broker in a very long time"
I decided to try tfxi after some good reviews about their copy trade system. Medium to high spread. Good variety of funding methods. Secure cabinet with 2FA and whitelisting addresses for crypto. And here ends the good part. The rest is the worse. They took one entire month to approve my account. The execution quality is just horrible. Vps 2ms, excutions more than 2 seconds, causing severe slippage of course. Two entire days for a crypto withdrawal with an 1.8% fee for Tether.

I have been using Triumph now for 6 months. Very cautious at first, after using the platform to withdraw my profit, seeing how clear and open all the trades are I was more than happy. I have experience with managed funds before so like any it takes a few days to withdraw your money. There is faster ways to withdraw but it mean avoiding the high street banks and using a crypto wallet. I know other using this fine however I choose to use the banks and pay a higher fee with Halifax.
Only improvement would be answering customer service tickets but for the ROI I am more than happy for this to take a week or so.

After a few months, the team starts to reply faster. Though the issue is not fully resolved but I believe it will be resolved soon.

Invested since 2020, very consistent return so far, help me and family a lot during Covid pandemic with this passive income. Best investment so far compare to other mean. Please keep up the good job.
However, please look into support matters, lots of improvement required. The response is extremely slow. No update for many days after support tickets raise will make investor worry.

"Transparency of opening time"
Currently, we can only see the closing time of the investment. I would like TriumphFX to consider disclose the opening time after every cycle end. This allows us to reconcile our fund attachment in PAMM especially during the profit calculation.
