"Deposit is lost and nobody helped!"

I have been investing on this platform for a couple of years. Since it changed to new cryptocurrency system, I experienced big issues. First, I couldn’t withdraw money for 5 days due to technical errors. And now the money I deposited has simply disappeared! I sent $1000 through Binance to their Tex platform but it hasn’t arrived since the transaction was made 24 hours ago! I contacted their customer service team but they didn’t solve the issue and issued my money on my account, either. I provided all the details but nothing happened. This experience broke all my trust and rang alarm bells for me that it might be a scam platform. Unless my $1000 is being given back to me, I believe I have been scammed on this platform.

TriumphFX has been denying my funds withdrawal for almost two months and is still ongoing. Support tickets are either ignored and closed immediately or just straight up ignored. TriumphFX is 100% a scam.

I am only with the company for just over a year and made really good profits and have been reinvesting my profits diligently due to the consistent returns. Yes, I have tried withdrawing profits with no issue. It's all about timing and some patience. Due to large volumes of profits, they now invested into blockchain tech and created Tfx coins instead of paying us directly in USD. This helps solve and ease large sums of withdrawals during fund manager payouts. Sounds fishy to some but to me, moving into crypo currency opens up a whole lot of opportunities and mega-growth in the value of the coin and to the company. It's a win-win for investors and the company but it may take some time to materialize. Might be the best time to hop on and get on board with a minimal investment.

Stay calm and evaluate the whole scheme of things. TFXI has a plan, and despite its best intentions, it may not pan out as expected. 

There is nothing to prevent TFXI from scrapping this new scheme after TFXI realizes the scheme's inadequacy and reverts to the old method of cashing out via bank transfer or via USDT. 

The TFX Exchange is not like the stock exchange, where the number of shares is more constant or does not increase substantially every month. 

Whereas in the TFX Exchange, 10–15% in profit is converted into TFX and added to the supply, resulting in an ever-increasing monthly supply.

If we compare each TFX to the stock exchange, the expected annual returns on each TFX's $1 nominal value should make each TFX worth more than a few dollars.

I am 75% into $1:$1 and 25% into the new low price to spread my costs. I don't see TFXI as a scam.

If I may propose,

1. All investors be allowed to cash out profits and capital except for investments in which capital is blocked for a period.

It is up to TFXI to determine the amount of USDT. Alternatively, include a bank transfer, however long that may take. Let withdrawers be aware.

2. All investors have the option of purchasing TFX from TFXI at $1.00 to keep it safe or putting it on the exchange to sell at a higher price, in which case anyone who has already cashed out and wants to return will have to pay more than $1.00 or no investor will sell.

3. Who would not want to sell TFX on the exchange if he could get more than $1.00?

4. A new investment would be at or above $1.00, at what price will depend on the prospective earnings of TFXI vs. other investments. 

It would be great to see one TFX at $3.00 or above.

I hope my suggestion is considered by TFXI and that it will be worth at least 1 million TFXI.

"SCAM - Lost 3/4 Account Value, so cant withdraw"

I opened an account with Triumphfx. I researched the company, saw they traded in USD and was happy with this. It so transpires that they converted my funds to a crypto coin called TFX without providing us with any pre-information, to enable us to make an informed decision about whether we wanted to stay in or withdraw our money before the conversion date. As a consequence of this change, the value of my account dropped by 3/4. This means I am unable to make the withdrawal I have been wanting to make as a withdrawal of $2000 for example, would cause a $6-8000 debit in my balance. I complained to them, they said the matter has been resolved, but it hasn't. They initiated something called 'coin settlement' which only has a 1 hour window in a day to switch the worthless TFX back to the 1:1 value currency. However, I wake up everyday trying to do it from 6am on the dot and it wont work. It is a scam and I have not been able to withdraw. They are scamming us like unregulated brokers. They have created a situation where we cant withdraw. They know that the coin settlement button and window is not working. They should therefore, make the change manually, on their end, so that we can withdraw. As a regulated Broker, we should be able to withdraw anytime, without fuss. Its not right that I have to be online every morning at 6am to see - IF - I can do coin settlement and withdraw, as opposed to be able to withdraw for sure. I am reporting them to their regulated body and I urge others with the same experience to do the same. I would rather wait for a few days to have my funds clear as opposed to have this immediate withdrawal system which in real terms, means my account has lost 3/4 of its value. THIS IS A SCAM! I would also like to accuse TriumphFX of being COWARDS, as unlike other regulated brokers, they have set up their operations in such a way, that there is no contact phone number on the website, making it impossible to call them, have a proper discussion and get the matter resolved so that you can withdraw. A found a phone number on the internet - +2484322001 and this too, always says - it has not been possible to collect your call, please try again later. Furthermore, If you send them an email on the internal ticket system, it takes a week or so to get a response, which still does not solve the problem. This is just their way of holding onto your money and having this go on for an indefinate period of time.

I am adding to this review after having received the response below. It is now clear, from their response, that they have no intention of paying me my money. I am reporting them to the regulator.

"Be United against Triumph FX Scam"

It's time for us to take collective action against Triumph FX and uplines who deceived us especially the MIBs referred to as 'Thanos' in Youtube and Kelmen Ooi.

Also, we should report Triumph FX to their regulators in Seychelles and Cyprus.

The moment Triumph FX converted our hard-earned USD to useless TFX coins without our prior permission, they have scammed us.

Triumph FX management and certain uplines continue to post deceiving statements to mislead us - this has to stop immediately. We have to make our stand to reject TFX coin.

As it stands now, the company has stolen all of its investors' money, converted it into its own TFX worthless tokens, and ruined all of its investors. The company refuses to pay its own investors. It has become impossible to access our own money.

No clarity of liquidity. Many investor did not manage to take out their money. Created pretense of hope to cover a story on top of another. Malaysia gov should really pin down to crack this organization. Sadly many was lure in because of trusting someone they knew.
