This used to be a reliable site for iCloud unlocks. 9/10 worked for me. However, the site all of a sudden shut down its services around 2020 and left customers in the dark. Have requested for balance refund and they told to wait. Up till today, not a single word from them.

Terrible!! I am very disappointed!
I purchased the Icloud remove all model Iphone Clean Imei (Europe) back in August. Initially it said it would be done in 5-7 days. Then it changed to 15 days. We are now in November and i still don't have what I paid for - status is "in process". 
I emailed, texted, whatsapp several times and obtained zero response until now.
This is not ok. Please give my money back.
