Owning to the fact that I’ve been moving a lot, I attended classes in different yoga schools and, with hand on my heart, the Yoga Sanctuary is the best . I regularly attended the Yoga Sanctuary from 2014 to 2017 and later was coming back for the teacher training course. Since my first session, I have enjoyed Steve’s approach to yoga and to practicing yoga. I value a lot the tradition and authenticity of teachings offered by YS, the infinite enthusiasm and energy of Steve, and equally infinite support of Sarah. All yoga sessions are a useful, inspiring and transformational. During my time with YS, I have grown in my practice and this practice helped me in overcoming many life challenges. Really great that the YS is online now! :)

"The zoom classes are amazing!"

The zoom classes are amazing! Steve is a wonderful teacher, he explains everything so clearly and is really patient. Everyone is made to feel welcome and included and like they're making good progress no matter what level they're at. I'm new at yoga and the experience was much better than I was expecting, definitely want to continue with the practice

"I started the 10 week beginners course…"

I started the 10 week beginners course about 1 year ago which was just right. I liked the commitment asked for by Steve as I was looking to do yoga as a lifestyle change, not just a hobby. I like all aspects of the practice. It helps with flexibility (I can now sit in easy pose for 1 hr compared to 5 min when I started.)
Today we did a 1hr Big Double Breathe which was pretty awesome. I love the afterpoise. You have to experience this yourself to get it.
Also we started a 30 day cold water challenge which is challenging but also fun. The upside to this strart to the day was I felt great all day. Being part of a friendly Sangha keeps the motivation up. Namaste.
