"Personal service, nothing too much trouble."

Yasin and the Indus team have arranged many holidays for us (even to Bangladesh which is not part of their brochure). This speaks for itself! They know and cater for our personal preferences and all our needs are taken into consideration. Not once have we returned from holiday disappointed. We have only praise for their one on one attention to detail.
Right now we are in Samarkand enjoying another busy, informative and perfectly organized trip.

"Hillstation Highlights"

Having thoroughly enjoyed an Indus trip to India in Jan 2020, I had no hesitation in asking Yasin if he would help me organise a bespoke Hill Stations trip (Nainital, Mussoorie + Shimla) for a small group in May 2023, centred around the Mussoorie Bicentenary celebrations. His teams worked really hard to ensure we could all visit the places we wanted to see (which included churches, cemeteries, schools and even specific houses, as well as the more usual sites like beauty spots, heritage buildings and memorials). The Indus-organised drivers and guides at each location were knowledgeable and helpful, and our travel and accomodation arrangements worked out perfectly. Very many thanks for giving us such a memorable experience.

"In April 2023 we left our Bardia"

In April 2023 we left our Bardia, Nepal Hotel to continue on a Tour arranged by Indus Delhi Office to go to Jim Corbett Reserve and for 4 nights and then to Kashmir for 8 nights.
3 days prior to leaving for Jim Corbett, India, we were informed by Local Bardia Hoteliers were we reside for 2 months a year, that the Banbassa Border Crossing to India was closedin March 2020 and remains closed.
The3 hoteliers contacted Mr Sanjay Shah, Delhi Office to tell him of the situation and all of our concerns.
We were assured by Sanjay Shah that the Crossing was open.
We travelled to the Banbassa Border Crossing as per itinerary.
The Border Crossing was closed in March 2020 and after 2 hours with Immigration Officials we were left stranded at the Border Crossing.
We returned to the overnight Hotel to decide how we should get to Jim Corbett to continue the Tour.
No help was given to us by Sanjay Shah, Delhi.
We paid for a Taxi to the local airport.
We paid for the 2 Flight tickets.
We paid for the Overnight Hotel in Kathmandu.
We paid for Taxis to and from the airport.
We paid for 2 Flight tickets to Delhi.
A cost of £910. Paid by ourselves.
A late night domestic flight and early morning to Delhi was very stressful and extremely tiring.
Sanjay arranged for the car to take us to Jim Corbett Reserve.
A days Safaris and accommodation missed because of Sanjays negligence and incompetence in not ascertaining the Status of the Border Crossing....
After 3 nights at Jim Corbett we were booked on a local train to Delhi. A journey of 170 kms which took 6 hours.
The most awful day to endure for a 79 yrs old gentleman and his wife.
On arrival the following day in Kashmir after staying in an airport my husband was suffering from Acute Anxiety and Stress and vomiting.
Our accommodation was on a Houseboat on Dal Lake.
The Houseboat was noisy due to other quests,having Showers and Toilet Plumming problems and noise increased his need to have rest and quiet.
He was unable to do any of the Activities paid for.
He continued vomiting and we arranged to go to a quiet Hotel for a good night's sleep and rest
Paid for by ourselves.
£ 170
We then decided to cancel the rest of the Tour....
We booked 2 Flights to Delhi.
Paid by ourselves. £ 460
We stayed in the Imperial Hotel Delhi where we were helped by the excellent Concierge for my husband to be seen by the hotel Doctor.
The Doctor arranged for Tests at his Hospital as my husband was very weak by all the problems incurred in the last days since the start of the India and Kashmir Tour.
Taxi and Hospital Tests paid by ourselves.
£159
We were helped by the Concierge to arrange for Flights to return to Heathrow.
We Booked Business flight to Heathrow.
Paid by ourselves.
£3.600.

I have emailed Yasin 3 times through our Travel Agent to Yasin, Indus, to ask for the cost of our Expenses.
I have explained in detail the health problems that have been incurred by my husband since the start of the Tour.
He has refused to acknowledge the Border Crossing is closed.
He is not acknowledging the serious health problems incurred by my husband.
The whole situation has been a nightmare.

As an agent I like to work with suppliers who are not only knowledgeable and efficient, but who go above and beyond to meet the clients' requirements. Indus Experiences have surpassed expectation! "Cant say enough great things about this…"

Cant say enough great things about this company. From start to finish you are made to feel as though you are their only customer. Nothing is too much trouble and they give you such confidence that if they say something will be done or happen - it will. The attention to detail, listening to the customer requests and ensuring that the customer experience is upheld and delivered is so obviously a priority to them. They know India so well and have great connections there. Thank you so much Yasim and the team for a wonderful experience and trip.
