From beginning to end the service was amazing, from helping me chose the right courses, making sure the dates were convenient to sending me my certificates after course completion. I attended 5 courses through NILC, all the trainers were professional, supportive and clearly experts in their respective fields.

The staff were great, alway happy to help with any queries.
I was kept well informed before, during and after the course.
The course itself is very intense and there is lots to take in, however the trainer (Tony) was constantly asking if we understood and more than happy to explain further until we understood.
Rather than "death by powerpoint" or reading Tony supplied us with examples that we could relate to throughout the course.
