If there is 0 star I'd give the 0. Avoid the company like a plague. The most stupid umbrella company you'll ever find. This company thinks they can cheat all their customers. If you want to loose your hard earned money, then use this company. Better be on PAYE than be with them. I swear.

Avoid them like the plague. NOT yet found out by HMRC but will very soon - they cheat and lie to your face, and you end up paying up. Move on ASAP

I didn't really understand how all of this works as I was new to agency work. The girls were very patient with me and helped me to get set up and to use my portal to check when I had been paid and see my pay slips.
I get emails regularly with updates and when I need to talk to someone I can message them and they ring me back.
They are all very nice and helpful and I get paid every Friday!

They're a great team and I've used them for quite a few different contracts. It's nice to work with a company who actually treat me like a person! If I've had any issues with payments or any questions, I've been able to speak to someone and have things sorted out quickly.
During COVID there have been regular updates and there have been no issues in being able to contact them.
