"Great service from Mike"

Great service from Mike, the process was very easy and he delivered the terminal in person and made sure I knew how to use it. I feel confident that if anything went wrong, the issue would be sorted very quickly! I’ve had problems with a previous terminal in the past and already my service from Mike and Teya has been a million times better! Thank you Mike for getting this up and running for me.

"Appalling service support"

Our extremely busy cafe-bar had been using the Loyverse POS system very happily for 18 months when we were visited by a Teya sales rep, MG. Teya provide card payment systems and, like many other companies, were keen to have us as a client. We're on very competitive rates with our current provider and don't usually entertain approaches from sales rep's. However MG explained that Teya had just purchased Loyverse and they could integrate the 2 systems so that we could process orders and take payments remotely, away from our till points. This is something we have been keen to do for sometime and we agreed to trial the Teya hand terminals.
After the laborious process of providing all our financial account details and KYC information the Teya hand terminals were integrated with our existing Loyverse POS. Unfortunately the setup could not operate the way we needed it to and, after trying numerous work arounds, we reluctantly determined the Teya system wasn't going to be able to service our needs. Fair enough I thought, that's what trials periods are for. At which point Teya expired our login status to their systems.
Disastrously, this also locked us out of all our Loyverse POS. Unable to explain why this was happening MG escalated the problem to Sulhail at Loyverse support. After trading for 2 days without any POS, and being largely ignored by MG and Sulhail, I was eventually told that nobody knew what the problem was. So I requested that a new Loyverse account be created and all our menus and historic sales data be transferred from the original account to the new account. After a further 2 days of trading without any POS, and with no evidence that MG or Sulhail cared at all for our predicament, we created a new Loyverse account ourselves and spent 8 hours, after our working day had ended, recreating all our numerous and complex menus. But with the weekend looming we had no option, trading without a POS system - staff trying to remember hundreds of menu items, food and drink combinations, allergy information and prices and then handwriting tickets for our many different kitchen stations - would have been an absolute nightmare.
After the weekend, and still having no contact or progress update from MG and Sulhail, I contacted them and explained that we had created the new account and done all the work of creating the menu systems. Could they now please arrange for our historic sales data to be 'copied and pasted' to the new account? Surely not too much to ask.
Nothing. No effort whatsoever to help resolve a problem that was entirely of Teya/Loyverse's own making. I'm absolutely disgusted by their lack of care and appreciation of the difficulties they caused our business. And shocked they don't seem to understand how their own software works (or doesn't). Be very careful before agreeing to use their systems.

Teya offers decent services with helpful staff like Sahil and Samuel Kenyon, making processes straightforward. However, accessing funds can sometimes be challenging due to document reviews. Their hardware and contract terms are favorable, but some improvements in service speed could enhance the overall experience.

"Taken 12 months to reply to my reviews"

Unfortunately, it has taken Teya 12 months to reply to my reviews, which must say something very good about them. It is very sad, and I am glad, I AM NO LONGER a VICTIM of their SERVICES....

Had an amazing experience buying my card reader from Olivia Peak, She was so helpful and explained everything to do with Teya perfectly, my card reader was here the next day and put to use straight away… Would highly recommend going through Olivia to buy your card reader

"Pointless and Terrible Customer Service"

Contacted Teya about my ac, got a totally nonsensical reponse and asked again. Apart from “we are sorry but we are busy but we will respond” email 4 days ago no response. Very very poor customer service - just use a regular card and get their points/cashback. No point or advantage at all to using Teya
