"I had the unfortunate experience of…"

I had the unfortunate experience of using this company. What started out as a potentially great working relationship turned out to be a nightmare. I had them come clean my huge house and everything looked fine. Upon inspection from two independant sources, they had missed some items. So myself and an independant agency attempted for 2 weeks to reach them. They said they would do it no problem. They would schedule the work and everyone would take time off to wait for them, and they would be no shows. Instead of calling and say they cant make it. They ignore calls and force you to chase them like children. They offered a refund and then also did not refund. They use a partner company for their cleaning service. MOP N MAID CLEANING SERVICES LTD, along side. Both are unreliable. This particular company was litterally a five minute walk from the house in question, and still couldn't find the time to just walk over and resolve the issues. Instead they acted highly unprofessionally and chose to ignore calls and evade doing work that they were paid to carry out properly. DO NOT HIRE THEM, unless you want pain like i experienced.
