Seamless experience! It was my second try in getting a will ( most of the issues had been in me having to make a decision on that topic) and Gemma at Sail had been very helpful in detailing the limits of a will, the impact of any decision as well as the Legal terms i was having trouble with understanding. Gemma was really sensitive to the situation and understood the emotional impact I was going through whilst dealing with my husbands estate. I would 100% recommend Gemma to friends and family.
