I’m waiting on my order that I paid express shipping for which guaranteed delivery between 5-7 days! I have had no further contact from the company. I have emailed them twice - they have not responded. I am not impressed....

Ordered mine mid November for my daughter to make Christmas Cookies for a fundraiser she was doing, hasn't arrived. Its now 4 days until Christmas, it still hasn't arrived. Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered a pin on 9th December, 18th December it still hasn't shipped. Very disappointed I won't have this gift in time for Christmas. I thought it was being shipped from UK, it comes from Poland.

Placed my order 26/10-19. 3/12 I recived my order.
I e-mailed them in november, they apologized and explained that the pind took longer to produce than expected.
I wrote several times and shrugged.
I got a tracking number, but omg it took a long time, and with minimum contact from the seller.
However, I have received the produkt I ordered and are satisfied with the product. just not the wait for it !!
