Absolutely no regrets moving to them a year ago. Support always on hand and software is absolutely amazing and pretty much essential for us now. Business had grown quickly. Would recommend

Have been with Freetobook for over 3 years and best decision I have made. Heather and all the team are exceptional ! Unlike the previous channel manager I inherited from the previous owner of my property, there is always someone who picks up the call promptly, no on hold or pass to someone else. Resolved in minutes unlike the other company who’s name starts with an E . Only on line chat available, which would take up to an hour and no guarantee of being resolved. Have recommended to so many people. You won’t be disappointed

Super helpful always. From when we first set up our little business 4 years ago until now when it is sold. Friendly people on the other end of a phone helped to give us confidence in the tech side of things. The diary and website is amazingly useful. I don’t know how we’d have managed without FreetoBook. Sadly we closed down our Bed & Breakfast establishment after 9 years of trading due to ill health. Freetobook became like family during our years of trading and we will miss them all. They are the best and provide top quality systems to manage and simplify your whole booking procedure so that life is easier for you to get on with other duties. Added to that they are very well priced, prompt on queries and all we can say is that they are a good investment all round and we cannot recommend highly enough.
