The work carried out by Scot from Smith's was exceptional.The back door fitted is excellent ,Scot was polite and professional at all times.All Staff I have spoken to from Smith's are polite and helpful with a bit of banter thrown in.Thank you John,Scot,Lawrence and Mac.I would recommend this company to anyone who needs work carried out.

Really good service. After a slight hiccup with delivery from the manufacturer, the installation went well, and was completed with no issues. Really pleased with the new UPVC sliders - my house looks very smart, and we've received so many compliments.

Sales people were friendly and helpful, install was super fast and efficient. Only downside was communication in that after paying the deposit we held off on setting a date for install while we saved the final amount which was fine with the salesman, but this was not communicated to the office/workshop and we got a call on the week they were going to check to see if we had a date to say it was ready and they could install that day. But it was ok in the end. And the door is lovely.

Had all my windows and doors done by smiths all the staff are always fantastic when needed assisting and answering any questions what needed answering! Mac who came round to measure up was very polite and respectful and all the the fitters was very clean and tidy and worked very efficient. would highly recommend to all friends and families! not like some companies smiths called up after installation to confirm if everything was to the standard I wanted :)
