They provide quotation and then once any body deposit them the advance, they send surveyor who will add couple of hundreds more and one is stuck as advance goes off if you do not give them job. I gave them job, the house was empty and no body used and one hinge of the door became loose after about 14 months . They claim that they have 10 year warranty for their products, I contacted them but they said that it was not covered and they can only replace or fix this with full charge of the work. No body even used the door once since fixation by their engineer as house was empty.) One can imagine the standard of their job. They ring me every day for more work but will never use them again and will advise any one to use them.

Great service. Reasonable prices for what appears to be a solid quality product (once haggling done with salesman...... surely there is a better technique for this nowadays compared with the sales technique of the 80s?!!). The fitters were very good.... cleaned up after themselves and did a great job, listening to my requirements for fitting certain windows to facilitate future anticipated renovations which would otherwise have ruined the newly fitted windows.
UPDATE JULY 2020:
In Mid March (pre lockdown) we contacted their service department to ask for some repairs. One pane had cracked on the internal glazing leaf, and EVERY window installed had significant cracks and breaks in the mastic rubber sealants. A visit was duly booked, but cancelled due to lockdown. This was understandable. However, when lockdown started easing, I attempted to redo tact to rearrange the visit. At this tile I was told that these repairs wouldn’t be covered by their guarantee (despite the contract paperwork suggesting it should be). Fast forward to now, their phone lines still have an automated message saying they are closed due to COVID. However, I had a phone call about 2 weeks ago from their SALES team saying they’ve got a sale on it I wanted to buy any more glazing!!!!! Obviously I politely declined and asked them to get their service department to contact me. Service department seems to conveniently ignore emails now.
Avoid them!
