"Worst customer service ever"
Worst customer service ever! I encountered what I perceived as rudeness and a lack of responsibility in addressing my concerns. Specifically, I experienced that they could not do their job, such as unhelpful responses and a long answer delay for a straightforward question. They kept transferring the call to 5,6 different persons. Also, they need to learn how to appreciate their customers. They all talked like an A-hole. They raised their voice at me while I was nicely asking for their assistance. I'm so upset and even more regretful that I booked for 22 people, including me.

"No customer service"
No customer service. Once they have your money, could care less what your issue is. Run don’t even walk away from this company.

"I don't understand all these bad…"
I don't understand all these bad reviews unless they are from their competitors. My wife and I have used cruise, com for many years and ALWAYS, I repeat ALWAYS, have gotten 100% great deals, great customer service, and awesome advise as the PREMIER travel agegency that rules the cruise industry. We have cruised for over 40 years now and hands down I would never even consider anyone else! In fact, I made my final payment on my Dec. 2 cruise today with Cheryl Ann Elie and she was so nice, saved us an extra 150 bucks, and spent a full 5 minutes giving us extra tips on how to get specialty coffees on the house. She is the bomb and also gave us an extra $50 on board credit! It is not only a pleasure to have Cruise.com agent booking our cruise but a necessity. Any bad reviews you should look who writes them seriously). No way anybody beats their price or service, PERiOD!
Thanks Cheryl Ann

"Don’t book the cruise through…"
Don’t book the cruise through Cruise.com if you don’t want to get in trouble. I have booked the cruise and paid $99 as deposit as they requested. I received the confirmation email. However, the agent sent another email and asked me to call back and pay another $198 as deposits since the transaction cannot go through. otherwise the booking will be automated cancelled. I called the agent next morning and found out he works from 1 to 9 pm, so I called customer service and asked to make payment through the call. They charged me $99 through my credit card and I got the confirmation. However, in the evening they called me again asked me to pay additional $99 because I booked 2 people in one room. The deposit counts as person not as room. I went to the MCS cruise website and booked through there, they only charged $99 as deposit. I felt be cheated and call cruise.com back asked to cancel the booking from over there and got my deposit back. Also I asked to talk to their supervisor , the representative let me wait more than 15 mins with the music sometimes really loudly and finally told me the supervisor did not have the time to talk with me. The supervisor will call me back in the same day but I have never received the call from the supervisor. After 7 days later, they still not refund my deposit. I have to call my credit card to cancel it. If you don’t want to get my terrible experience, avoid to book through cruise.com, just book directly with cruise line.

"What a joke"
What a joke! They took my money and promised me a rebate after we returned but sent me nothing. Rep after rep said it will be sent but I received nothing. They scammed me and looking at their reviews why would anybody do business with this business. I have told every cruiser I bump into my story. Hopefully in a small way people can be informed about how deceptive cruise.com is.

"on hold almost 2 hours twice"
I have been on hold trying to get a live agent for almost 2 hours twice now. What good is a travel agency if you can't get help from an agent? Plus, they show prices for cruises when you click on them they are always higher. I think this company lacks integrity.

"Cruise.com is dishonest"
Cruise.com is a dishonest travel agency that will not honor their post cruise rebates. They promised us a rebate from the agency 6-8 weeks after return but you can forget about it. Even the employees there known this is a scam to draw you in. I highly encourage to stay away from cruise.com unless you want them to continue this sham. Every employee or worker bee has the same line: "a check is being processed that you will receive within a few weeks". However they know this dishonest agency with hundreds of negative reviews is committing fraud. Hopefully they will be punished by either the cruise lines or state authorities.

"Awful"
Awful!
Overpaid for a cruise other sites were offering for less. Would NOT match, would NOT refund deposit. Felt like I was misinformed. Told to wait for final payment and they would give better pricing then time to pay and said I had no proof I was told I would get better pricing. Hold for an hour to speak to agent then two hours to speak to a supervisor. Do not return calls or emails half time.

"Exercise caution when dealing with this…"
Exercise caution when dealing with this company. It is advisable to consider utilizing reliable websites or seeking assistance from reputable travel agencies instead. The company in question is associated with the cruise company, and their agents may prioritize earning incentives over providing complete information until a deposit has been made. It is important to note that this company lacks integrity and should not be trusted.
