"Lovely jewellery poor response from customer services "

I bought 2 rings and the quality is very good but one was too big so I needed to return. I first emailed a week ago for a returns label as it was missing from the box and the message said you will get back to me asap. I consider not hearing in a week a slow response time and when I did some research I found this has been a common problem for a few years now. This is a shame as the rings and previously bought earrings are lovely and were delivered fast. However it’s a shame that I now have low confidence that I will get sent a returns label soon and worried that I won’t get one before my 30 days are up. This is disappointing especially given the customer pays for the returns. If the returns label was placed in the delivery box each time this would help improve your star rating and reduce emails. Please can you look into this order UK12561 and send me a returns label asap so I can up date my review and feel confident to order from you in the future.

"I received a beautiful piece of jewelry…"

I received a beautiful piece of jewelry in a beautiful package. I am very pleased. The only downside is the ordering process itself. It was unclear when the order would arrive, the website says 2-3 business days, but that is not true. This made me nervous because it was a gift for my friend. Everything else is great.

"slow delivery and nonexistent customer service"

I ordered an item on the 29th and subsequently requested a cancellation the day after as I realised it would not arrive in time. Despite this the order was dispatched on the 7th, 9 days after I placed the order and my cancellation request was ignored, despite contacting their customer service twice and receiving no response

Fantastic service from Sif Jakobs. I ordered a ring for my wife's birthday, which was delivered in time. The ring itself is stunning and my wife was delighted and impressed with her gift. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

"Great product"

Great product, fast delivery.
One thing that could be better is the time window for feedback/making a decision about the product and whether to keep it - five days is way too short.
I was away and unable to consider this for the five days, and ideally I’d exchanged the ring for one size larger, however there was no opportunity to do that by the time I was able to think about the ring.

"I would NOT recommend this company "

When I received an email from SiF Jewellery asking me ‘how satisfied I was with my purchase’ and asking me to leave a review… I burst out laughing! However the irony soon turned to frustration. Here’s the reason why… I did NOT receive my purchase (a Christmas present for my wife) and although I have made multiple attempts to contact both Sif Jakobs Jewellery and their chosen deliver company DPD, I have not yet had a response or had my purchase delivered. Although it was supposed to be delivered on the 20th Dec, five days before Christmas (I had received an email confirmation telling me this). So my wife was left with nothing to unwrap on Christmas morning, I instead made a last minute dash into London to get her something, both costly and time consuming. Therefore to get an email asking me how satisfied I am with my purchase… is laughable!
