Had a great experience with Ezytrac. They make the leasing process so simple and easier. Ethan and Florence were with us all through the renewal process and helped us get it done quickly! I greatly appreciate their assistance in lease renewal!

I have enjoyed the service of Ezytrac property management so much. The process was less stressful and straight forward and Hannah was super helpful and patient with me. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions.

Very unprofessional staff. Utterly ignorant of maintenance issues.
My move-in date was delayed by 12 days due to their admin mistake. When I finally moved in - flat was dirty and not at all move-in ready.
Staff are very defensive and unwilling to communicate on professional level.
I have requested for damaged items to be replaced - after 6 weeks - none from Ezytrac bothered to get in touch ?
Worse rental experience ever!
Would not recommend. Very low maintenance standards and bizarrely unprofessional staff ?
