"Does anyone know how to get ahold of …"

Does anyone know how to get ahold of the company? I have been trying to for about a month and a half and they will not respond. I have tried email and no one has gotten back with me. I need a phone # ASAP. I had tried going onto the website neonsneaker.com but apparently it is no longer "available". Bs.

I paid additional Duty from USPS. And one shoe doesn't work. Poor quality! I am dealing with the company now. ☹️😡

My daughter received these shoes for Christmas as a present. She is a 5 year old little girl, I do not allow her to wear these shoes at school so they are not a distraction! She has worn them maybe 5 times.. and the wires came out on one shoe and it does not work! I was not asking for a refund, I simply asked if someone could fix the shoe she had barely worn! These were expensive shoes to work for less than 5 wears! They are cheaply made! And not worth the tears of an upset child!

"Horrible company to deal with,disappointed"

Do not buy from this company. False advertisement and false info given by live chat and phone calls. Rude employees. Do not expect your shoes to arrive in the 5-7 days as stated on the website. 1 month later and lots of promises to recieve my product and nothing. Was told multiple different stories about when my shoes would come and they never did.

"TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ASIA BASED COMPANY"

Was charged, lied too , and never got product after over a month. I will be contacting better business bureau and every social media and review website. Meanwhile Four days before Christmas and I have nothing for my grand kids.

"Scam"

Neonsneakers.com scammed me out of 350 dollars, have not received my shoes and all they say is that they will get back to me and never do, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

"Not at all satisfied with service."

When I ordered the neon sneakers for my daughter I was told they would arrive within 4-6 days. That was great because I needed them in 7 days for her party. Well they didn't arrive in that time. It took 11 days to get here. No one even cares to tell me there was a delay until I googled their phone number and called for a tracking number. Then I was told my product hadn't been shipped because they were switching shipping companies. I then asked if they could at least throw in a $9 replacement battery for the shoes and was flat out told NO!!! So to hell with these people. I will not be back again.

"Slowest delivery I have ever experienced."

It took 2 weeks for my package to arrive where I live. In the meantime, they sent me a discount code to use for another purchase which expired before I received my actual product.... which I still dont have.

Update. I have now received my shoes! I love them but unfortunately a charger was not included in the package as promised...

Update 2. Have been waiting for over 2 weeks since I was informed my charger was 'sent' and I still have not received anything.. not even a tracking number. Horrible service. I will not purchase again at this point.
