"I really wouldn't bother"

I really wouldn't bother, I've wasted my money. The earrings are unwearable as they made my ears burn and turn red and sore. The bracelet had a kink in it which I couldn't untangle so, fair enough, they sent a replacement. It was exactly the same with a kink in it. I offered to return both items if they sent a postage label, but no. I have to pay the postage for the faulty items myself. Shocking quality and ridiculous customer service.
