I had an exceptional experience at Mono Dental Clinic! The entire process was incredibly professional and smooth. Sena was very helpful and friendly, always available to answer any questions. Our coordinator, Esra, was an absolute superstar—she went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and at ease.
Beste was an incredible operation coordinator who made our experience great from start to finish. She expertly organised our travel and stay, ensuring every detail was taken care of.Truly amazing!
Dr. Burak truly has magic hands! He even managed to make my terrified father feel relaxed, which speaks volumes about his expertise and care. His dental nurse was an absolute angel, making the entire procedure seamless and stress-free.
The hotel accommodations, staff, and transfers were flawless, making the whole journey effortless. I am beyond happy with the results and would highly recommend Mono Dental Clinic to anyone seeking excellent care and service!

I recently returned from Izmir, Turkey, where I had 8 dental implants done at Mono Clinic, and I cannot express how satisfied I am with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.
Dr. Çağrı Dereli, a highly skilled Cosmetic Dental Surgeon, is truly exceptional. His expertise and professionalism made me feel confident throughout the treatment. I also want to extend my gratitude to his two wonderful dental assistants,Yasemin and her colleague, and my personal assistant, Esra. They were incredible, always smiling, attentive, and willing to assist with any requests I had. I would like to highlight the excellent work done by Ceren from the operations department. Her communication was outstanding, and she ensured everything was well-coordinated. I must admit, I’m not the easiest patient, but the entire team went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well cared for.
The level of professionalism, customer service, and care I received was unmatched. Mono Clinic offers top-quality service, and their warm, friendly demeanor made all the difference. Even my accommodation was wonderful ! It felt more like a holiday than a medical trip, with the best breakfast served daily by a very kind and lovely lady.

Fui a Turquía a mono Clinic una de las peores decisiones que hice en mi vida me fui a por un transplante de pelo malos tratos no tenían apenas experiencia cuando volví a España empezaron los problemas dolores de cabeza intensos no me podía ni peinar fui al médico y me dijeron que era por el transplante capilar tenía una infección y estuve 1 mes con antibióticos y un tratamiento hasta que me puse mejoe pero todavía sigo con problemas que nunca tuve no vayas si no quiere que te pase lo mismo

Do not go with Mono clinic.
They have botched my rhinoplasty and are refusing to correct it. They will only agree to correct it if i pay them again £2200. Completely trying to avoid their responsibility to their patient.
I've been telling them since 2 weeks post surgery that there was a hard mass on the left side of my nose, and they kept trying to fob me off saying it was swelling, but I informed them it was hard, not swelling.
I was told I had to wait 6 months for the revision surgery to correct their errors.
Now I've waited the 6 months they are trying to make me wait another 3 months and charge me £2200 to correct their errors, which is nearly as much as I paid originally.
Very dissapointing. They just don't appear to take any responsibility once you've flown home.

Highly recommended, they took good care of us and my girlfriend is happy for the support. Mert was helping us the whole week and he did everything amazing. Thanks a lot Mert and Mono Clinic. We didn’t really like the food in the hotel tho

"Wow what an amazing experience"
Wow what an amazing experience! I was so nervous about coming to a different country and having my first ever surgery but mono were there every step of the way. People are always on hand and you always know what’s going on and when, the communication has been amazing. I was put at ease straight away from the minuet I was met at the airport. I had my rhinoplasty don’t on the Monday and left on the Saturday and it all ran so smoothly my personal consultant Ferhat was amazing he always went above and beyond so if any one has him your in safe hands. The hotel was beautiful and also very clean and after surgery the aftercare nurse was always there for you. I could highly recommend getting surgery here I am so glad I did it!

So firstly I wanna start this review with how good things were before I get into when they wasn’t.
From initial contact everyone was very polite, arrival went extremely smoothly, the hotel was a bit of a let down due to there not being anywhere to sunbathe, but the garden was nice with absolutely incredible staff at the hotel. We was placed by the kitchen and was woken up by noise and later had rooms exchanged.
I was skeptical of pain so opted to be put to sleep, the dentist I had was incredible, super polite and patient and very reassuring, thankfully he persuaded for me to not to go to sleep and I didn’t feel anything at all! The injections hurt a little, but nothing major.
After a week of being there, I had already incurred additional costs for the work, they had lied when they stated extractions were included and then charged me whilst I was over there, that was the first disappointment.
But then the major hell came, I was expecting additional work to the crowns so had budgeted for that, however they did a root canal which failed and left me with a severe infection at no fault of my own, this left me in immense pain with no painkillers as the clinic was closed as well as pharmacies.
When I went back for which was supposed to be my rehearsal, I told them something wasn’t right, they identified the infection and the swelling and in the end I had to stay longer for the infection to clear, I was absolutely gob smacked when Mono thought it was appropriate to charge me additional time in the hotel, make me rebook my flights as well as pay for even further treatment which would never had occurred if the toothe was extracted.
What was meant to be £3060 trip, totalled to over £5k.
In short, the dentist was amazing, hotel staff amazing, but as a whole, they get you over there then start charging you as much as possible.
I’m extremely happy with my teeth, it’s just a shame that what started off with a 5* experience, turned into eating my savings and a 2* service.

Monoclinic are wonderful! Assisting from the onset of showing interest till after the procedure. Said is prompt and reliable. I will rate them the best of all. Well mannered staff and Excellent overall. I will go back to them for any procedure over and over again. Tested and trusted!

Great experience the surgery went well surgery wise amazing team amazing work, thank you so much Ferhat you were amazing and extremely helpful!
Although what’s most important went smoothly, I believe I deserved more regarding aftercare instructions and equality, this is my personal opinion since the other two ladies who did the surgery on the same day as me got to stay three more days and go home fully healed, although they paid less than me, whilst I only had one and a half days to heal and then leave, this because the travel agent that was assigned to me insisted on letting me stay only three days, furthermore the other ladies took home a set of smoothies and premade meals for the first few days and not only that I have to pick up my own medicine from the pharmacy a few moments before heading to the airport. I also had to sort myself out when I got home because Dietitian only gave me my diet when I landed, which gave me no time to prepare my fridge or myself.
Other than that I have zero complaints I’m currently two weeks postop haven’t had any pains feel amazing and I know I’m being followed by a after-care nurse and a dietitian
