"Karina the Superstar!"

Karina has been an absolute godsend in our lives! I was introduced to her just over 3 years ago when I had my first child and today she’s back with helping me train my second born.
Both times my experience with her was beyond pleasant - she takes time to under both our needs as parents and our child’s, she’s patient, encouraging, extremely understanding (especially with parents like me who are super nervous about hearing their babies cry) and has a very gentle approach to her sleep training process. Both times my babies settled in to their routines much faster than expected and it was 100% because of Karina’s super skills! She celebrates your wins with you as though they’re her own and hand holds you through the difficult moments.
Safe to say I would never recommend anyone else to work with 💙

I am beyond grateful for the help I received from Karina of Easy sleep. Before working with her, our baby was struggling to sleep through the night, 6-8 wakings sometimes for 1 hour long, and up before 6 am. I was exhausted. Karina analyzed our 9 months old baby sleep through 3-4 days monitoring and found out what was wrong. Then she created a personalized, step-by-step plan that was easy to follow and tailored to our family's needs.

She continued to follow closely the progress and made sure that our baby is adjusting comfortably to this transition. Through the whole process Karina was incredibly understanding of our concerns and circumstances. Within a short time, our baby began sleeping through the night, and we all feel so much more rested and at peace that he is developing correctly. Right after he slept through his first he began to crawl and sit. Karina explained us that a quality sleep is crucial for timely development.

I highly recommend her to any parent who is struggling with their baby's sleep. It’s definitely worse the investment and might save your family when sleep deprivation is taking its toll.
