Called to collect Isabella windbreak Staff were at lunch so difficult to get immediate advice as to where the windbreak was. Shop was unattended. Finally was advised by someone in the new caravan area so everything became clear.
At least we know where it is and where to get in!

Ordered on line, money taken from my account, a week later I rang them when nothing had


arrived apparently online orders are done from a different address so they didn't know where my order was! Checked my bank and I'd had a refund!! No explanation, no apology! Now I haven't got time to order elsewhere before my holiday next week.
