Needed some windbreak poles but they only had bent ones in stock but I had to ring twice only to be told they are not Sanding them out and have no more in stock.not good customer service.

Just like to clarify from the response given by youcancaravan, I had to make both phone calls and there was no emails sent. I left it three days before I had to make a phone call to find out why the poles hadn't been delivered as expected, only to be told that they were bent and someone would ring me back later that week. yet again I had to make the second phone call only to be told I would be getting a refund as they were not getting them back in stock until next year.

Bought 2 Brunner Raptor camping chairs - very comfortable but the carry-bag for one of them came apart along the top seam on first use. Sent a photo to You Can Caravan & they sent a replacement out within a couple of days. It shouldn’t have happened but happy with the company’s response.
