I phoned to confirm availability if some Isabella products after being let down by other companies who said they has stock but didn't. I spoke with Leah who was not only pleasant and helpful but actually knew the details of the products without any hesitation.
After confirming all items were actually in stock I ordered online and received both confirmation and dispatch emails.
Items were shipped Parcel Force 48 and arrived on time with probably the best packaging i have ever seen. Someone had actually taken the time to bubble wrap each item inside the original packaging and them protect the outside of the boxes with more protection.
I could not be happier with the purchase and the service.
I hope that Leah (hope that is spelt correctly) gets recognition for how polite and helpful she was as other retailers could learn from how she handled my call and questions.

"All hell breaks loose if you return something"

I agree with many of the reviews on here…easy to order and quick delivery!
But there is a big but….and it starts when you try and return an item! They seem clueless how you return stuff…took them three days to tell me how!
I returned it recorded delivery and three weeks later I had not been received! They said they had not had the package! Checked my delivery company and it had been signed for by a member of staff. It was confirmed by the company that he was a member of staff but claimed that parcelforce often sign in his name and dump it somewhere if he is not available! The manager said she would investigate but was able to describe my parcel perfectly! A refund was issued after the weekend and I asked for a refund of my postage as they had messed up!! They were quite abrupt and said no! Even after an investigation where their cctv has shown the staff member signing for the parcel at the time parcelforce quoted! Staff are lovely when you are buying and incredibly rude when you return stuff and complain! The manager didn’t even know the complaints procedure! Amateur and liars! They lied about the parcel and blamed others and then lied about info they sent me! Nice way to sell something twice perhaps! Rudest managers I have ever spoken…all their mistakes and all could have been put right by admitting this and paying my £12 return postage! PS they also trade as Teeside Caravans so beware!
