I paid for overnight delivery and it came 2 days after my order, I sent an e mail requesting my delivery fee back and to date I have had no response,

I had an issue with failed bookings still reserving spaces on the course. this meant there was not enough free remaining spaces for the rest of my team. I contacted the support department and the issue was resolved quickly.

I ordered four T-shirts all in medium and with the approved contractor logo on them.
When they arrived three if them had domestic installer on them and the fourth did have approved contractor on it but it was a large.
I'm not one to cause a fuss but it will put me off ordering again.
Attention to detail is important to me and I can't help thinking that my shipment sent was to help with surplus stock.
