Upon ordering my first order it went very well with fast east coast delivery (within in 3 buisness days) Have ordered for my second time and its seems that either the jokes on me or there delivery service currently using is having problems. My order have been stuck in the same city now with no movement for 6 days. So I reached out to customer service got the the run around for a day so finally got in touch with manager. So they processed another order of the same at no charge and so far the order still has no movement from point of origin. Don't know what's going on but to me it seems the company does great on first time buyers of thier products and every order after this they give you the run around not a happy returning customer and at the point to ask for full refund including shipping costs!

I am very pleased with these vapes and this company. My last order came so quickly, I was shocked. One of the items I ordered was out, and I received a call within 10 minutes of me placing the order so that it could be replaced and get mailed. I appreciate the quickness and care you show with your customers!! Also tried the Oxbar for the first time, and loved it!
